We can customize almost any items, such as: Sport jersey’s, T-Shirts, Hoodies, mugs, ceramic tiles, keychains, baseball caps, etc. using several print techniques including digital heat transfers, sublimation, screen printing and embroidery.
Heat transfers, consisting of 2 types (digitally printed and computer cut vinyl) are great methods for small quantities because set-up charges are minimal and almost any design can be reproduced. Heat transfers are durable, washable (up to 50 times) and can adhere to almost any fabric or material. Not for hard goods.
Dye sublimation is a process where intricate, full colour artwork is first fused onto the source printing paper and then heat is utilized to transfer the image from the sublimation paper to the product. This could be fabric or hard goods (water bottles, mugs, etc.)
